Some who were very experienced and sophisticated, many who were relatively new to the business world; who were not so sophisticated. We need all of them to make this crazy business world work so wonderfully.
After many years working for numerous brokers, helping many businesses get off to a start, expanding their existing business and, yes, even downsizing, we found that they all need the “expertise” of a commercial real estate broker; more often than many would admit.
Notice that we concentrated entirely on small businesses, above. Although, Green Street Commercial is a Full Service brokerage, we do have a special place in our hearts for the small business person. Those brave soles who go out into the world and against all odds, strike out” on their own”, opening businesses. There is much to be admired about that Small Business Spirit!
It is due primarily to this enterprising group that we established Green Street Commercial. The small business person truly does need a great deal of “quality” assistance and advice in so many areas and, yes, especially commercial leasing.
